Online video therapy

I am trained and experienced in online video and face-to-face therapy. Online therapy allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you’re based in the UK. This approach offers greater flexibility with location and appointment times, making it easier to fit therapy into your everyday life. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions.
